American uprising
According to the dictionary, an insurrection is a violent uprising against an authority or government. We’ve only seen a bit of violence to date, it’s hard to say what time will bring. The ever so popular Wikipedia says that an insurgency is a rebellion against authority when those who participate in the rebellion are not recognized as belligerents. That definition seems to fit a little better with what is happening in the United States.
Oakland, California Mayor Libby Schaaf was recently notified by ‘credible sources’ of an upcoming Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid coming to her city. So the good mayor did what any unrecognized belligerent would do … notified those in her community of the upcoming raid. She told Fox News she did it not to “scare” her residents, but to “protect” them.
In her defense, she’s from California, she’s following the lead of the Marxist boss, Governor Brown, who has declared all of California a sanctuary state. It makes you wonder where our Attorney General, Mr. Sessions, is on this issue. It would appear that both are committing serious crimes. Let’s take a look at some federal statutes.
8 US Code § 1324 (a) (1) (A) (iii)
Any person who, knowing or recklessly ignoring the fact that an alien has arrived, entered or remains in the United States in violation of the law, hides, protects or protects against detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor or protect from detection, said foreigner in any place, including any building or any means of transportation, will be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).
The keywords here seem to me to be, well, the entire paragraph. Let’s see what subparagraph (B) says.
8 US Code § 1324 (a) (1) (B) (ii)
A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien with respect to whom such violation occurs in the event of a violation of subparagraph (A) (ii), (iii), (iv) or (v) (II) , you will be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.
My God, if they punished those two for ‘every’ extraterrestrial helped, they would be in jail, not in it. My question is, what photos do you have of Jeff Sessions that prompts him to withdraw from the epic Russian investigation, shuffle over Clinton’s myriad scandals and when it comes to sanctuary states and cities … he got his tongue.
President Trump’s surprise victory was driven by a disgruntled majority who had had enough; we were all Deplorable. When he said ‘Drain the swamp’, we all clapped. Then we went back to see the Bachelor; now we are getting ready for the office group and March Madness. Now we better look up from the big screen, our president is waist deep in the swamp, fighting Marxist creatures on all sides and the henchmen of the Deep State are plugging the holes as fast as he opens them. We’re in trouble, folks.
As we hang out on Pinterest, the left moves forward. It’s like a story I heard years ago about a bacon and egg breakfast. When you think about it, the chicken contributed to the meal but the pig was compromised. Breaking news, the Marxist, leftist, democratic and progressive clique is engaged. We are in the middle of a full-blown insurgency driven by the people of the totalitarian world government. Are you going to contribute to our failure or are you totally committed to saving the Republic? Nothing less will do.
