How To Lose Weight Fast – Focus On MDF In That Exact Order And See The Changes The First Week!

Do you want to learn how to lose weight fast… without the consequences associated with rapid weight loss? Well, for that to happen, it all starts with focusing on the right things in the right order with your weight loss program. That’s where MDF comes in… and that’s what I’m going to talk about today…

Okay, first things first. I just have to ask one question: Did I do a good job of piquing your curiosity about what the heck MDF is? I just hope I haven’t made you think that MDF is some kind of illegal and dangerous weight loss supplement produced by an underground pharmaceutical company (lol)!

Okay buddy, if you want fast results, then it’s important that you create your transformation program by focusing on the 3 most important things in the right order. Those 3 things are:

METER – Metabolism: It is extremely important that you focus on the things you need to do to increase your metabolism and keep it from slowing down. I know this may seem confusing and different compared to many other things you may have heard about diet being rule number one. Dieting is VERY important, however EVERYTHING you do should be based on keeping your metabolism running strong…and that includes dieting…and that’s why focusing on finding out what you need to do to speed up your metabolism should be the first. on your list

D – Diet: The next most important thing to focus on is your diet. It doesn’t matter how long you’re in the gym, or how long you’re just running, if your diet isn’t under control, then you’ll see little or no results. Unfortunately for me, I had to learn that the hard way! I just ate what I wanted and assumed that working out working out my butt would fix everything… and boy was I wrong!

F – Fitness: And last but not least, of course, you should focus on fitness. Exercise is like the engine of a car, your metabolism is the car itself, and diet is the gasoline. (WOW…that was kinda awesome! I’ll be sure to copyright that quote ASAP…lol)! Regardless, making sure you’re doing the right exercise routines is what will ensure you get that amazing body in no time.

Now, this is how you put it all together…

1.) To diet, you have to speed up your metabolism. So this means that you must follow a diet program based on eating in a way that increases your metabolic rate. Ways this is possible is by eating smaller meals often throughout the day, shifting calories, eating healthy meals integrated with cheat meals in a special way, eating the right nutrients that boost your metabolism (such as dark green vegetables and antioxidant-rich foods). ), and more.

2.) To be in shape, again, you have to speed up your metabolism. This means you have to hit the stop button on the treadmill, walk off the platform, and walk away from it! Long, boring cardio WILL NOT BOOST YOUR METABOLISM! Contrary to what you can constantly see in the gym, cardio is not the best type of exercise to get in shape.

The most effective and efficient way to lose weight fast is to build lean muscle! Why do you ask? Well, when you build lean muscle tissue, you’ll not only burn calories during your training session, you’ll also burn calories LONG AFTER your workout is over! And this is because building lean muscle tissue increases your metabolic rate and your resting metabolic rate!

When you do cardio, I recommend that you do the number one type of cardio that is best for maintaining muscle tissue…and that would be high intensity cardio or high intensity interval cardio. Both types of workouts take MUCH less time than traditional cardio, are more fun, and of course will burn a ton of calories!

So if you’ve wondered how to lose weight fast and if it was safe to do so, then as you can see from above, if you focus on MDF (metabolism, then diet, then fitness), and if you do the right thing with each one, then make no mistake about it, you WILL SEE results in your first week! In fact, when I changed my focus and began to focus more on boosting my metabolism with diet and exercise, I lost close to 5 pounds in my first week…naturally and permanently!
