You should reduce your intake of red meat, junk food, caffeine, and sugar. Avoid canned sodas or fruit juices. You need to be more active to stay fit and healthy. Modern life has become very sedentary, with fewer possibilities for physical activities. You need to exercise to burn those calories. Minimal physical activity slows down your metabolism rate. Therefore, you can gain weight even when you eat less.
