What is cloud-based service and which cloud service is better?

Cloud-based services is a term that refers to applications, services or assets that users can access over the Internet through the Internet from the servers of a cloud computing provider. 3) Price structure
AWS: Amazon web services charge customers by rounding the number of hours, so the minimum usage is one hour. Therefore, your instances can be purchased using any of these three models:
On Demand – Customers pay for what they use.
Reserved – Customers reserve instances for 1 to 3 years with an upfront cost based on utilization.
Spot – Customers bid on additional available capacity.
GCP: Google’s cloud platform charges for instances rounding the number of minutes used, with a minimum of 10 minutes. Google just said that new sustained usage price for cloud services that offer a simple and flexible approach to Amazon web service instances.
AZURE: Azure charges customers by rounding the number of minutes used on demand. Azure also offers discounted short-term commitments.
