Caesar Salad Recipe – Easy Caesar Salad
If you like Caesar salad, but don’t want to waste a lot of time preparing it, make this quick Caesar salad recipe.
1 medium romaine lettuce
Freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons

In a shallow bowl, mash the following with a fork: 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard sauce, 6 anchovy fillets, and 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1/3 cup of olive oil.
Cut the washed and dried romaine lettuce into chunks and place in a salad bowl. To season and mix lightly. Add the Parmesan cheese, pepper, and croutons.

Here’s a delicious Chicken Caesar Salad recipe that includes chicken, pepper, garlic, croutons, and cheese. It is much more substantial than the normal version.
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless chicken
1/2 teaspoon each salad and pepper (divided)
2 teaspoons garlic
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 pinches of hot pepper sauce
2 slices of bread of choice (cut crust and cubes)
3 tablespoons ground Parmesan cheese

Preheat the broiler. Chicken with salt and pepper; place 3 inches from broiler. Cook thoroughly. Cut the chicken into 1/4-inch strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet; add the bread cubes and cook until lightly browned. Drain and chill.
In a salad bowl, whisk together the garlic. 1 1/4 teaspoons of salt. Add lemon juice, mustard, pepper sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; mix well. Gradually add 1/3 cup of oil; Mix well.
Add the chicken and cover well. Add the lettuce, bread cubes and cheese; stir well.

Here’s an original Caesar salad that has a real kick. Contains Roasted Peppers, Jack Cheese, Beef, and Tortilla Chips.
1/2 red bell pepper, julienned and roasted
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
Tortilla chips to decorate
2 plum tomatoes
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
4 bunches of fresh basil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 strips of anchovy (or to taste)
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
12 oz. Beef steak (must be all 1 piece)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon of granulated garlic
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
Pinch of white pepper

Combine chili powder, granulated garlic, cumin, coriander, and white pepper; coat the tenderloin with the spice mixture. The siding should be about 1/8 inch thick. Roast for 15-20 minutes until medium. Let the meat cool.
Meanwhile, combine pine nuts, garlic, basil, lemon juice, anchovies, and Parmesan in a food processor. Continue processing while adding the olive oil in a slow drizzle. Use a feeding tube if possible. If the mixture is too thick, add a little warm water or lemon juice.
Slice the lettuce along the leaves like for a standard Caesar salad and toss it into the dressing. Arrange on plates, top with grated cheese, and place 3-4 strips of meat per serving on top of salad. Garnish with tortilla chips, quartered tomatoes, red pepper strips and a tablespoon of dressing on each strip of meat.
