Dog Leash Training: How To Teach Your Puppy To Walk On A Leash
All dogs, whether they’re jogging down Millionaire’s Row in Manhattan or running free in the countryside, should know how to walk on a leash. Learning to control your animal through dog leash training is an important lesson in respect for both of you, and should be used regularly for best results.

6. To get the pup to turn to the left, walk faster by keeping the food in front of the pup’s snout to make it walk slower. Keep the puppy next to your left leg and give him the command to “continue” when he begins to slow down on his way.
