How to radiate genuine authority for amazing attraction

I used to have this job as a model scout. He was pretty good, while it lasted.

I ended up quitting, because it was actually a huge scam. The game involved promising people that they would be some kind of famous model, but then making them pay a monthly fee to get their name and image into “the system” from which the big agencies supposedly drew their talent.

Scamming people out of their money might seem like a fun idea, but in real life it feels pretty bad.

But before I realized it was a scam, it was pretty awesome.

Let me explain.

The job was just going out in public and approaching as many people as possible and trying to get them to come to the office for a photo shoot.

Now this was a legitimate office, with photographers, studios, etc. legitimate.

Business cards, the works.

Now, if you were to just go out and walk up to all the pretty girls you saw and ask for their number, you might get a wide variety of responses. Some girls would be interested, some girls would tell you to get lost, some girls might even laugh at you.

That is why few men can do this regularly.

But I had something on my side that made almost every girl I approached eager to talk to me.

Authority.

Authority is a kind of magical mind meld that automatically puts most of us into a hypnotic trance.

A guy says “excuse me” behind you. You turn around and see a homeless man and ignore him.

But you turn around and see a policeman or a doctor or someone in a uniform, and you’re all ears.

So when I walked up to these girls and said, “Hi, I’m George, I’m from XYZ Modeling Agency,” and then handed them my card, they were all ears.

All fear vanished, and her body language suddenly changed to open, eager, and interested.

Open eyes, smiling and hopeful mouth.

Now, I know what you’re thinking. Imagine that you are a model headhunter to flirt with girls. Sounds a bit on the creepy side.

Yes, that would be creepy.

But you CAN display a lot of authority just through your language, your confidence, and your behavior.

And this kind of authority is much more powerful, because it’s covert, rather than overt.

It is based on emotions, rather than business.

The even better good news is that authority is just one of many mental triggers you can use, in almost any situation, to make people sit up and take notice.

Boys, girls, potholes, whoever.
