Social Media Marketing – Facebook Photos, do you know how powerful they are?

One of the features of Facebook, a great product that has helped people and changed the way they connect with family and friends online: images! Facebook hosts more than 10 billion photos, more than any other site online. The feature creates an easy way for people to share photos and connect family and friends with photos.

If you haven’t started using this feature yet, now would be a good time. Photos are a very powerful tool that many people use. “In many ways, Facebook is to photos what YouTube is to videos.”

You can share the fun, whether you take the photos yourself or find great photos from others, you can post them on your wall so others can share the fun. My IT guy, Michael Dropkin, always shares funny photos and videos with me. I remind you to share the joy and post them on his Facebook wall. They are a way to show what matters to you and a small part of who you are.

When you attend events and attend events, right? Take photos of the people you meet and the speakers, preferably have someone else take a photo of you with the speaker. Post these photos on your Facebook wall and “tag” the other people who are in them. When you “tag” someone in an image, it will also show up on their wall, a very easy way to share an image with them. You won’t have to send a special email or message to let them know you posted the photos, it just shows up on their wall, how easy is that!

You can also easily share your products on your Facebook page. It’s a fun way to show people the products and services you have available.
