1 little fruit that is the secret to curing your PMS

For many women, PMS can strike like lightning while you sleep. It interrupts her life and brutally continues her rage of fury for countless generations in the families of women. Also, for some generations of women in families, cysts and fibroids are an ongoing curse.

These problems have plagued millions of women probably since the dawn of time and continue to rage as many suffer from despair. I realized through my experimentation that the types of foods you eat at least a few days before and during your expected cycle make a significant difference to how you feel during this time.

Food types also apparently make a big difference in your appearance because many women experience breakouts on the chin during menstruation. According to the Ancient Principle of Western Chinese Medicine, acne on the chin means that there are reproductive (hormonal) problems in the body.

Well, there is good news and good news. Which one do you want first? The good news is that there is an all-natural substance, in the form of fruit, that will relieve PMS symptoms like bloating, nausea, and cramps. The good news is that this food is very cheap, and if it is continuously incorporated into your diet, it will reduce the chance of developing fibroids or cysts.

This amazing food is dried apricots! You can find them in many stores, but it’s important to only use the sugar-free version that doesn’t have any added sugar. Health food stores offer these types, or you can contact the manager of your favorite grocery store and request that they bring dried apricots with no sugar and no added sugar. Make sure you only eat 1 serving as it is sugary and high in calories, but it has a large number of vitamins that will help ease PMS pain.

After eating your serving of apricots, be sure to drink at least a glass of warm water behind to dilute the sugar a bit and hydrate yourself. Water is a girl’s best friend with PMS. It is a good idea to eat a serving of dried apricots starting at least 3 days before your expected menstrual cycle and the first two days while you are taking it. Remember to drink plenty of water for the days before and for the first two days of your cycle to reduce bloating and help the apricots to be better absorbed into the body.

What about fresh apricots? These are nice fruits to add to your diet, but it is preferable to dry apricots in this specific situation because they are more concentrated in nutrients than fresh apricots for the serving size. In general terms, it is not advisable to eat mostly dried fruits because they are very dense in calories and sugar with little hydration factor that fresh fruit offers. Fresh is better, but in this case dry will be better.
