Diet 2468 Review: Does This Diet Really Work For Weight Loss?

The 2468 Diet deals with the number of calories you consume per day. The idea is quite simple, but you need to do the math to get familiar with this program. In reality, the program takes only five days to complete.

For day 1, you should only consume no more than 200 calories; day 2, no more than 400 calories; day 3, no more than 600 calories; day 4, no more than 800 calories; and on day 5, back to no more than 200 calories. However, some dieters generally modify this by consuming no more than 1,000 calories on day 1, and so on. The original plan, however, is only 2,468 calories. There are no other rules to follow with this diet except the suggested amount of calorie intake per day. However, the math is strict; You should not go too far or go far below what is allowed.

The extreme comes when you think you have to be very careful about what you eat. For example, a 200 calorie day will only allow you to eat a salad, a piece of grilled chicken, and a couple of pieces of fruit for that day. The truth is that initially this diet was made for anorexic people. Therefore, it is not really a diet to lose weight in a healthy way. To obtain the nutrients that the body needs, one must have a normal caloric intake that differs from person to person. If the necessary nutrients are not consumed, healthy organs are at stake. Your skin, hair, eyes, nails, and other parts of your body will eventually suffer.

If you follow this diet, you will surely lose weight. The drawback is that the consequences are great. Once finished, you will eat again as before, so you will gain weight sooner than expected. It is up to you to decide if this diet is a scam or not. However, if you want to be safe when trying to lose weight, all you have to do is follow the classics: eat well, live well, drink plenty of water, and exercise.
