Phosphacore claims that you can lose up to 8 pounds each week with this system. That seems too big a claim to us. We prefer safe weight loss every week so dieters can experience lasting results rather than losing mass water weight.

Phosphacore Ingredients

Phosphatidylserine may help reduce the stress hormone cortisol, but it won’t directly help you lose weight, but it might have some benefit indirectly because cortisol can promote belly fat.

Conjugated linoleic acid. It can be effective in helping to destroy fat cells, with an optimal dose of 3 grams per day. It’s impossible to know how much conjugated linoleic acid is in their proprietary blend, but it’s probably nowhere near this amount. If there were clinically efficient dosages in Phosphacore, then they should be proud to reveal it.

Ascorbic acid is another term for vitamin C. This is not an effective ingredient for fat loss.

All 3 substances are not innovative enough to produce the dramatic benefits that Phosphacore claims, particularly since it is a proprietary blend and there is no way of knowing how many ingredients are in the tablet.

Negative Side Effects of Phosphacore

From the ingredients and the lack of reliable information, Phosphacore appears to have little to no adverse side effects.

Now that we know what’s in this product, why not list the issues with Phosphacore?

– The ingredients of Phosphacore are shown but not the amounts. This makes it impossible to determine the true value of this formulation.

– Phosphacore is not medically proven. No studies have been published on the Phosphacore formula.

– While conjugated linoleic acid shows some promise, it likely won’t deliver the kind of big benefits that are promised by the marketing.

If you lose pounds with Phosphacore, it’s most likely due to your ability to eat healthy snacks and exercise routinely. Thinking about the disadvantages of consuming Phosphacore diet pills, we really cannot recommend them.
