Your semen: a diet for a better taste of sperm

Your semen reflects what you eat …

All body secretions like sweat, saliva, urine, and the smell and taste of your sperm are affected by what you eat.

What goes in comes out and is reflected in the taste and smell.

Have you ever noticed how when you eat a curry with lots of garlic, onions and spices, the smell comes off your skin afterwards?

It is also in your semen as well as your sweat.

Changing your diet will have an effect on your body’s secretions, including your semen.

Most of the techniques or supplements that claim to alter the taste of semen aim to increase the amount of sugars and disguise the bitter salty taste, but most do not work, you simply need a change in diet.

The best way to have a better tasting semen is the most obvious, a good diet and a clean life.

Reduce your intake of the following:

Alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, junk food with many chemicals and preservatives.

You should also limit foods that break down into strong-tasting or smelling chemicals that are excreted by the body.

Fruits and some vegetables are good, but some are definitely not recommended.

Good examples are asparagus; Onions and garlic contain high amounts of sulfur and vegetables from the cabbage family, such as Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, kale, which add a bitter taste to the seminars.

Strongly seasoned dishes, like curries, come out and spice up the semen.

Of course, you don’t want to diet all the time just to get better tasting semen, but if you love your partner, stay away from Madras curry!

Eat your veggies and drink more fruit juice!

A recent study concluded that vegetarians have better tasting semen, leading to an obvious conclusion.

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of juice and water (at least two liters a day) to flush your body.

Eating or drinking pineapple juice is highly recommended as the best way to sweeten semen.

Citrus fruits and cranberry juice are also good, because they make the body’s pH more acidic, which balances the alkalinity of the semen, giving it its salty, whitening taste.

All fruit and fruit juices are high in sugar, so be sure to eat and drink plenty.

Other great foods for better tasting semen

Parsley, wheatgrass, and celery have also been recommended for sweeter semen due to the chlorophyll they contain.

Cinnamon, cardamom, mint, and lemon are also great foods for better-tasting semen.

Keep in mind

It takes 12-24 hours for your body to secrete what you put in, so keep this in mind when eating the foods listed above.
